How to Set Up Best-Time-to-Post Recommendations in Publer
Turn on Publer's recommended posting times so AutoSchedule fills your queue at slots your audience is active.
Posting at random times wastes reach. Publer can analyze your account history and suggest time slots when your audience tends to engage, then use those slots automatically when you AutoSchedule. This guide shows how to enable recommendations and wire them into your posting schedule for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
What you need
- A Publer plan that includes analytics and recommended times
- Accounts that have published for at least a couple of weeks (more history equals better suggestions)
- Your correct workspace time zone set in Settings
Step 1: Confirm your time zone
Open Settings then Workspace and check the time zone. Every recommended slot is shown in this zone, so a wrong setting means good slots displayed at the wrong clock time.
Step 2: Open the posting schedule
Go to the calendar and click Posting Schedule. This is the grid of recurring slots AutoSchedule draws from. You can add slots manually, or let Publer fill it from recommendations.
Step 3: Apply recommended times
Click Apply recommended times. Publer reads each connected account's past engagement and proposes slots, often different per platform because a TikTok audience peaks at different hours than a YouTube one. Review the proposed grid and accept it.
Step 4: AutoSchedule a post into the slots
Now create a post and pick AutoSchedule instead of a fixed time. Publer drops the post into the next open recommended slot for each selected account, so the same video can publish at the best hour for YouTube and a different best hour for TikTok.
Result
Your posting schedule now reflects audience activity per platform, and every AutoScheduled post quietly lands in a high-engagement slot without you picking times by hand.
