How to Connect YouTube, Instagram and TikTok to Publer

Link all three accounts to a single Publer workspace so you can schedule to every platform from one place.

7 minBeginner

Before Publer can post anything for you, it needs permission to publish on your behalf. That happens once per account through a guided connection flow. This guide walks you through linking a YouTube channel, an Instagram Business or Creator account, and a TikTok account to the same Publer workspace so the rest of your scheduling lives in one dashboard.

What you need

  • A free or paid Publer account (sign up at publer.com)
  • A YouTube channel you own or manage
  • An Instagram account switched to Business or Creator (personal accounts cannot auto-publish)
  • A TikTok account, ideally with the profile already set up

Step 1: Open the accounts panel

From the Publer dashboard, click your workspace name in the top left, then open Accounts. You will see a grid of platform tiles. Each tile starts a separate OAuth flow, so connecting one platform never touches the others.

[ Facebook ] [ LinkedIn ] [ Pinterest ] [ Threads ]
Tip: connect Instagram via your linked Facebook Page
Each platform is its own tile; click the one you want to connect first.

Step 2: Connect YouTube

Click the YouTube tile. Google opens a sign-in window. Pick the account that owns your channel, then approve the requested permissions, which include managing and uploading videos. After you approve, the window closes and the channel appears in your Publer accounts list with a YouTube badge.

Step 3: Connect Instagram

Click the Instagram tile. Publer routes Instagram through Facebook, so you sign in with the Facebook account that manages the Instagram profile, then select the matching Business or Creator account. If your Instagram is still set to Personal, switch it in the Instagram app first under Settings, Account type and tools, then retry.

Step 4: Connect TikTok

Click the TikTok tile, log in to TikTok in the popup, and approve content posting access. TikTok adds the account in a sandbox-friendly state, which means your first few posts may publish as private drafts until your developer access is fully reviewed. This is normal and clears on its own.

Group them
Once all three are connected, drag them into a single account group. Selecting the group later lets you queue one post to YouTube, Instagram and TikTok in a single click.

Result

Your Publer workspace now shows three connected accounts with green status indicators. From here you can open the composer, tick all three, and schedule a single piece of content across every platform without logging into any native app.
