Use when someone asks for functionality you do not have and you want to be honest without losing them.

Write a reply that:
1. Restates their underlying goal so they feel understood.
2. Confirms honestly that the feature does not exist today.
3. Offers the closest workaround we do support: {{workaround}}.
4. Tells them truthfully whether it is on the roadmap, without inventing dates.
5. Asks one question to capture their use case for the product team.

Tone: candid and helpful. Never fake a timeline. Under 150 words.
