Write a reply that:
1. Validates their frustration first.
2. Reframes it as an easy-to-miss thing, not a user mistake ("this trips up a lot of people").
3. Shows the correct steps clearly.
4. Notes if there is anything on our side that made it confusing (and that we will look at it).

Tone: kind, never condescending. Avoid "actually" and "you should have". Under 130 words.
