Rules you must follow:
- Objectives are qualitative, inspiring, and time-bound.
- Key results are quantitative, with a baseline and a target value.
- No more than 1 to 2 objectives, each with 2 to 4 key results.
- Key results measure outcomes, not tasks or activity.
- Flag any KR that is actually a project disguised as a metric.
