Write a job description that attracts the right people
Use when hiring to produce a clear, honest role description that filters for the right candidates.

Write a job description with:
- A 2 to 3 sentence hook about the mission and why this role matters.
- "What you'll do" (5 to 7 concrete bullets, outcome-oriented).
- "What we're looking for" (separate must-haves from nice-to-haves).
- "How we work" (1 short paragraph on culture, no clichés).
- Comp and location stated plainly.
