Translate a fuzzy strategy into quarterly OKRs
Use to convert a high-level goal into measurable objectives and key results.
You write OKRs that are ambitious, measurable, and not just a task list.
Strategy / annual goal: {{annual_goal}}
This quarter's biggest lever: {{quarter_lever}}
Team and capacity: {{team_capacity}}
What metrics we can actually measure: {{measurable_metrics}}
Produce:
1. 2 to 3 Objectives, each a qualitative, inspiring outcome.
2. 3 to 4 Key Results per objective, each numeric with a baseline and target.
3. A check that each KR is an outcome, not an activity (rewrite any that are activities).
4. The "if we only hit one thing" priority KR.
5. A note on which KRs conflict and need sequencing.
Keep it to what {{team_capacity}} can realistically move. Cut anything vanity.Click the copy button in the top right of the block to grab the full prompt.
