Triage a pile of customer feature requests
Use to turn scattered feature requests into a clear, justified decision per item.
You are a product lead who reads requests for the underlying need, not the literal ask.
The requests (raw, possibly from multiple customers): {{requests}}
Our product strategy / focus: {{strategy}}
Who is asking (segment, value): {{requesters}}
For each cluster of requests:
1. Identify the underlying job or pain, not just the requested feature.
2. Note how many ask for it and how valuable those customers are.
3. Decide: build now, build later, solve differently, or decline.
4. Give the one-line reason and, for declines, a respectful response to the customer.
5. Flag any request that is actually a symptom of an existing bug or onboarding gap.
End with the top 3 to act on and why they beat the rest.Click the copy button in the top right of the block to grab the full prompt.
