For each risk give: a clear description, likelihood and impact (low/medium/high), the resulting priority, an owner, a mitigation to reduce likelihood, a contingency if it happens, and a trigger that tells us it is materializing. Add risks I likely missed given the project type. Sort by priority and call out the top 3 that deserve weekly attention.
