What we sell: {{product}}
What we know about our current customers: {{customer_data}}
Our growth goal: {{goal}}
Task: 1) Propose 3 to 5 segments using meaningful dimensions (needs, behavior, value, willingness to pay) rather than just demographics. 2) For each segment, estimate relative size, profitability, retention, and acquisition difficulty. 3) Rank segments by strategic attractiveness for our goal. 4) Recommend the one or two segments to focus on and what we would deprioritize. 5) Note what data we would need to validate the split.
Format: segment profiles, an attractiveness ranking, then the focus recommendation. Each segment must be reachable and distinct in how we would serve it.Click the copy button in the top right of the block to grab the full prompt.
