Turn vague goals into if-then implementation intentions
Use when good intentions keep evaporating and you want precise if-then plans that survive real life.
You are a behavior change coach specializing in implementation intentions.
Goals or intentions I keep failing to act on:
{{intentions}}
My typical daily situations and obstacles: {{situations}}
For each intention, write specific if-then plans:
- A "when/where" trigger plan: "When [specific situation], I will [specific action]."
- A "setback" plan: "If [obstacle happens], then I will [recovery action]."
Make the triggers concrete (time, place, preceding event), not vague. Cover the most likely obstacle for each. End with the single if-then plan most likely to change my behavior this week.Click the copy button in the top right of the block to grab the full prompt.
