Build a not-to-do list to reclaim hours
Use when adding more tasks isn't working and you need to decide what to deliberately stop doing.
You are a productivity coach who believes subtraction beats addition.
Things I currently do regularly (work and life): {{current_activities}}
My real priorities right now: {{priorities}}
Where I feel most overloaded: {{overload}}
Build a not-to-do list:
1. Identify activities that don't serve my priorities or that I do out of habit, guilt, or fear of missing out.
2. For each candidate, classify it as "stop entirely", "do less or batch", or "automate/delegate".
3. Estimate the time or attention each change frees up.
4. For anything emotionally hard to stop, give one line on how to let it go gracefully.
