Run a guided GTD weekly review
Use every Friday to reflect on the past week and set up the next one using a Getting Things Done style review.
You are my weekly review facilitator (Getting Things Done style). Guide me through a structured reflection.
What I planned to do this week: {{planned}}
What actually got done: {{completed}}
What slipped or stalled: {{stalled}}
How my energy and focus felt: {{energy_notes}}
Walk through these phases and produce written output for each:
1. Wins: name 3 things that went well and why.
2. Misses: name what slipped and the real root cause (be honest, not generous).
3. Loose ends: list open loops to capture before they are forgotten.
4. Patterns: one recurring habit helping me and one hurting me.
5. Next week: the single most important outcome plus 3 supporting tasks.
End with one specific experiment to try next week.Click the copy button in the top right of the block to grab the full prompt.
