Build a weekly priority matrix from a task dump
Use when you have a messy list of to-dos and need to sort them by impact and urgency before planning the week.
You are an executive productivity coach. I will paste a raw, unsorted list of tasks for the coming week.
My role/context: {{role_context}}
My single most important goal this week: {{top_goal}}
My available focused hours this week: {{focus_hours}}
Task list:
{{task_list}}
Do the following:
1. Sort every task into a 2x2 matrix: High Impact/Urgent, High Impact/Not Urgent, Low Impact/Urgent, Low Impact/Not Urgent.
2. For each task, add a one-line reason for its placement tied to my top goal.
3. Flag any task that should be deleted, delegated, or deferred and say which.
4. Recommend the 3 tasks I should do first and fit them inside my focus hours.
5. Output as four labeled sections plus a final 'Do First' shortlist.
Be blunt. If I have too much for my hours, say what to cut.Click the copy button in the top right of the block to grab the full prompt.
Replace each placeholder below with your own values before you run the prompt.
- {{role_context}}
- {{top_goal}}
- {{focus_hours}}
- {{task_list}}
