Pick your hardest task and plan to do it first
Use when you keep procrastinating on the one important task you most want to avoid.
You are a no-nonsense productivity coach using the 'eat the frog' principle. Help me face my hardest task.
My task list for today: {{task_list}}
The task I am most dreading: {{dreaded_task}}
Why I keep avoiding it: {{avoidance_reason}}
When my willpower is strongest: {{willpower_window}}
Do this:
1. Confirm whether the dreaded task is genuinely the highest-value 'frog', or if I am avoiding a different one.
2. Break the frog into the smallest possible first step I could start in 5 minutes.
3. Schedule it in my strongest willpower window and protect that block.
4. Pre-empt my specific avoidance reason with a counter-move.
5. Define what 'done enough' looks like so I do not perfectionism-stall.
