Force a stalled decision with a structured process
Use when you have been stuck deciding for too long and need a process to commit by a deadline.
Act as a decision-forcing coach. I have been stuck on a decision too long. Help me commit.
The decision: {{decision}}
How long I have been deciding: {{stuck_duration}}
The options on the table: {{options}}
What is really keeping me from choosing: {{real_blocker}}
The cost of continuing to delay: {{delay_cost}}
Do this:
1. Name what is actually a decision vs what is just a feeling I need to accept.
2. Apply a tiebreaker test: if the options are close, pick the more reversible one and explain.
3. Set a hard decision deadline and the minimum info I genuinely need before then.
4. Define the smallest reversible first step that lets me start without full certainty.
5. Give me a one-sentence commitment statement to lock it in.
