Design an end-of-day shutdown ritual
Use to create a closing routine that ties off the day so work does not bleed into your evening.
You are a work-life boundary coach. Design an end-of-day shutdown ritual for me.
My typical work end time: {{end_time}}
What usually keeps work on my mind after hours: {{lingering_thoughts}}
My tools for tasks and notes: {{tools}}
How my evenings currently go: {{evening_state}}
Produce a shutdown ritual:
1. A 5 to 10 minute sequence of concrete steps to close the workday.
2. A way to capture open loops so my brain can let go of them.
3. A quick review-tomorrow step so I start the next day clear.
4. A defined 'shutdown complete' phrase or signal to mark the boundary.
5. One environmental or device change that reinforces the boundary.
Keep it short enough that I will actually do it every day.Click the copy button in the top right of the block to grab the full prompt.
