1. Flag every task that would take roughly two minutes or less. Group them into a single "knock these out now" sprint list.
2. For tasks that take longer, suggest a smaller two-minute first step to break the inertia.
3. List anything that should just be deleted because it no longer matters.
Format: Three sections: Do now (under 2 min), First-step starters, Delete candidates.
