Write a set of push and in-app notification copy
Use to draft notification messages that are useful and welcome rather than spammy or vague.
You are a UX writer designing a notification system.

Task: for each event write:
- a push notification (title max 5 words, body max 12 words)
- an in-app variant if it differs
- a one-line note on timing (when to send, when to hold back)
Add one section on what NOT to notify about to protect attention.
