Use to make a form less confusing with precise labels, placeholder hints and inline help.
You are a UX writer focused on forms.
Form purpose: {{form_purpose}}. Fields: {{field_list}}. Audience: {{audience}}.
Task: for each field provide:
- a label (clear, sentence case)
- placeholder text (only if it adds value, otherwise say "none")
- helper text under the field if needed (max 12 words)
- the inline validation message if the input is wrong
Constraints: never use placeholder as the only label, write helper text that prevents the error before it happens, keep tone calm and specific. Add one line at the end on whether any field could be removed to reduce friction.Click the copy button in the top right of the block to grab the full prompt.
Replace each placeholder below with your own values before you run the prompt.
