Write copy for a destructive-action confirmation modal
Use for delete or cancel confirmations where the wording must prevent accidental data loss.
You are a UX writer handling a high-stakes confirmation.

Task: write the confirmation modal with:
- a title that names the action clearly
- a body that states the consequence and whether it can be undone
- the confirm button label (must describe the action, not just "OK")
- the cancel button label
Provide one standard version and one extra-friction version (for truly irreversible actions, e.g. type-to-confirm).
