Write loading and progress state microcopy
Use to make waits feel shorter with honest, reassuring loading and progress messages.

For each operation write:
- A short loading message that sets the right expectation
- For long waits: 2-3 sequential messages that show progress is real
- A success message on completion
- A copy fallback if it takes longer than expected
Rules:
- Be honest about what is happening; do not fake progress.
- For very fast operations, recommend no message at all and say so.
- Reassure on long waits without overpromising a finish time you cannot guarantee.
