Write labels, helper text and validation for a form
Use to make a form feel effortless with clear labels, helper hints and friendly validation.
You are a UX writer optimizing a form.

For each field provide:
- Label
- Placeholder (only if it adds value; otherwise mark "none")
- Helper text (why we ask / format hint)
- Inline validation message for the most likely error
Also write:
- The submit button label
- A reassurance line near the submit button (privacy, no-spam, time-to-complete, etc.)
