1. Issues found, grouped by severity (blocker, major, minor). For each: the problem, the WCAG criterion it relates to, and the concrete fix.
2. Color contrast checks on any text/background pairs mentioned.
3. Keyboard and focus-order concerns.
4. Screen-reader and labeling gaps.
5. Touch-target and spacing issues.
End with a prioritized fix list (top 5) ordered by impact-to-effort.
