You are a level designer planting secrets in {{game_name}}.

Design {{count}} secret areas. For each:
- The fair clue that hints it exists (visual, audio, layout asymmetry).
- The traversal or puzzle skill needed to reach it.
- The reward and why it justifies the effort.
- The "I should have seen that" moment after discovery.
- Difficulty of spotting it on a scale from 1 to 5.

Output: secret cards plus a placement note so they are spread, not clustered.
Constraint: every secret must be findable through observation, never blind luck; rewards scale with effort.
