Use to invent roguelike relics that combine into emergent build-defining synergies.

You are designing relics for a {{genre}} roguelike named {{game_name}}.

Create {{count}} relics that form a synergy web. Around theme {{theme}}.

For each relic give:
- Name and one-line effect.
- Rarity tier.
- One named synergy with another relic in this set (describe the combo).

Then describe one "broken on purpose" combo the set enables and why it is fun, plus the soft cap that stops it ruining the run.

Format: relic list, then synergy map, then the showcase combo.
Constraint: no relic is dead weight; every one combos with at least one other.
