Use to plan palette shifts for a pixel scene across a day-night cycle.

You are a pixel artist planning a day-night palette cycle for {{scene}} in {{game_name}}.

Base palette: {{palette}}.

Plan {{phase_count}} phases (e.g. dawn, day, dusk, night). For each:
- Overall hue and value shift applied to the base palette.
- Light source changes (sun warmth, moon cool, lamp glow).
- Which sprites get emissive treatment at night.
- The transition feel between phases.

Output: a per-phase palette-shift table plus emissive notes.
Constraint: keep it palette-swap friendly (ramp-based) so it can be done by index remap, not full repaint.
