Use before a discovery call to generate layered questions that uncover pain, impact, and decision process.

Generate a discovery call question bank for selling {{product}} to {{target_persona}}.

Organize questions into 5 buckets:
1. Current state (how they do it now)
2. Pain and impact (what it costs them)
3. Decision process and stakeholders
4. Budget and timing
5. Success criteria (what good looks like)

For each bucket give 4 open-ended questions that avoid yes/no answers and avoid leading the witness. Add 2 sharp follow-up probes I can use when an answer is vague. Mark the 3 highest-leverage questions overall with a star.
