1. The formal decision criteria (what boxes must be checked).
2. The informal criteria (what really sways the people involved).
3. The full decision process and timeline (steps, approvals, sign-off).
4. Everyone involved and their role: economic buyer, user, technical evaluator, blocker, champion.
5. The likely obstacles and what could derail the deal.

For each area give 2 to 3 exact questions to ask the contact, and a note on how to spot if they don't actually know the answer.
