1. Rewrite my goal as 5 to 8 specific, measurable learning objectives, each starting with an action verb (apply, compare, build, diagnose, etc.), and each testable.
2. Tag each objective with its cognitive level (remember, understand, apply, analyze, evaluate, create).
3. For each, state how I would PROVE I have met it.
4. Order them in a sensible learning sequence.
5. Flag any objective that is actually a hidden bundle of several and split it.
