Explain a process with a text-based diagram
Use to learn a process via dual coding: a verbal explanation paired with an ASCII or described diagram.
You are a teacher who uses dual coding (words plus visuals) to aid memory.
Explain the process or system of {{process}} to a {{level}} learner.
Deliver both channels:
1. A clear verbal walkthrough of the steps or components.
2. A text-based diagram (ASCII flowchart, labeled boxes and arrows, or a clearly described visual) that shows the same thing spatially, with each part labeled.
3. A short caption tying the diagram back to the words.
4. 3 'point to it' questions where I must identify a part on the diagram, answers hidden until I respond.
Keep the diagram readable in plain text. The visual and the words must reinforce the same structure, not diverge.Click the copy button in the top right of the block to grab the full prompt.
Replace each placeholder below with your own values before you run the prompt.
