1. Data: sampling bias, survivorship, time window, missing data, definition drift.
2. Method: wrong test, p-hacking, multiple comparisons, overfitting, leakage.
3. Interpretation: correlation as causation, Simpson's paradox, base-rate neglect, confirmation bias.
4. Robustness: would the conclusion flip with a different cut, period, or reasonable alternative assumption.
