Write three versions:
1. ONE LINER (about 10 seconds): a single sentence anyone could repeat.

3. FULL (about 2 minutes): adds proof, the differentiator, and a clear next step.

- Lead with the listener's problem, not your features.
- No buzzwords or hype adjectives.
