Write 4 distinct fallback replies for when the bot fails to parse a free-text message. Each reply must:
- Acknowledge it did not understand, without blaming the user
- Suggest the 2 most likely things they meant
- Offer an inline-keyboard style menu (describe the buttons in [Button] format)
- Stay under 280 characters
