For each risky action, write:
- A confirmation prompt stating exactly what will happen, with [Confirm] and [Cancel] buttons
- A success message that includes an [Undo] option and how long undo is available
- The post-undo message confirming nothing changed
- A final-warning variant for irreversible actions that makes the permanence clear
