Generate a clean /help command menu
Use when your bot has many commands and the /help output has become a confusing wall of text.

- Groups commands into 2 to 4 logical sections with emoji headers
- Rewrites each description to under 8 words, action-first
- Puts the 3 most-used commands at the very top under "Quick start"
- Adds a one-line "stuck?" footer with how to reach a human
- Stays scannable on a phone screen
