Bot Support Triage and Escalation Flow
Use to design a support bot flow that solves common issues and cleanly escalates the rest to humans.

Task: Design the triage flow.
Include:
- An opener asking what they need help with (category buttons).
- A self-serve branch per category with the most likely fix.
- A "did that solve it?" yes/no check.
- An escalation path that collects the right details before handing to a human, and sets expectations for response time including outside support hours.
- A satisfaction check at the end.
For each state: bot text (max 55 words), buttons, next state.
