Lead Qualification Bot Flow
Use to design a bot flow that qualifies inbound leads before handing them to a human or sales team.
You are designing a lead qualification flow for the Telegram bot "{{bot_name}}".
What you sell: {{offering}}
Qualifying criteria (budget, need, timing, authority): {{criteria}}
Where qualified leads go: {{handoff}}
Task: Design the conversation.
Include:
- A welcoming opener that frames why you are asking questions.
- 4 to 6 qualifying questions, mostly button-based, one at a time.
- Branch logic: if a key criterion fails, a polite off-ramp with a useful resource instead of a hard no.
- A summary message for qualified leads and the handoff step.
For each state: bot text (max 55 words), buttons, next state.
Constraints: No long dashes. Never feel like an interrogation. Give value even to unqualified leads.Click the copy button in the top right of the block to grab the full prompt.
Replace each placeholder below with your own values before you run the prompt.
- {{bot_name}}
- {{offering}}
- {{criteria}}
- {{handoff}}
