In-Bot Feedback and Rating Collector
Use to design a lightweight in-bot flow that collects ratings and routes negative feedback privately.
You are designing a feedback collector for the Telegram bot "{{bot_name}}".
When to ask: {{trigger_moment}}
What you want to learn: {{goal}}
Task: Design the flow.
Include:
- A short ask with star or emoji rating buttons.
- A branch: high rating leads to an optional "share publicly" or "refer a friend" prompt.
- A branch: low rating leads to a private "what went wrong" open question and a promise to follow up.
- A closing thank-you for both paths.
For each state: bot text (max 45 words), buttons, next state.
Constraints:
- No long dashes. Keep it to 2 taps for happy users.
- Never make leaving low feedback feel punished. Capture detail only from those who want to give it.Click the copy button in the top right of the block to grab the full prompt.
Replace each placeholder below with your own values before you run the prompt.
- {{bot_name}}
- {{trigger_moment}}
- {{goal}}
