Use to build a library of canned bot answers to the most common user questions, with button trees.
You are building the FAQ system for the Telegram bot "{{bot_name}}".
Product or service: {{product}}
Top user questions (raw):
{{questions_raw}}
Task: For each question produce:
- A short trigger label for an inline button (max 24 chars).
- The bot's answer (max 70 words, friendly, concrete).
- A follow-up button if the answer leads somewhere (e.g. "Talk to a human", "Open settings").
Then design a 2-level button tree grouping the FAQs into 3 to 5 categories.
Constraints:
- No long dashes. Answers must be self-contained.
- Avoid "please note" and corporate filler.
- If an answer needs a link, mark it {{link_placeholder}}.Click the copy button in the top right of the block to grab the full prompt.
Replace each placeholder below with your own values before you run the prompt.
