Use to write a set of human, non-frustrating error and fallback replies for a Telegram bot.

Task: Write copy for these situations, each with a clear next step and optional inline button:
1. Unknown command
2. Invalid input format (expected: {{expected_input}})
3. External service timeout or down
4. Rate limit reached
5. Action not available on user's plan
6. User typed free text when a button was expected
For each output:
- Message text (max 45 words, no jargon)
- Suggested inline button label if useful
- Internal note on tone
