- A short, friendly message that explains what went wrong without blaming the user.
- A clear suggestion of what to try next or which command to use.
Also write:
- A generic fallback for unrecognized input.
- A "still stuck" message that points to human help.
Constraints:
- Keep every message under 2 lines.
- Never use technical jargon or error codes the user cannot act on.
