Draft a bot command menu and descriptions
Use to design a clean set of bot commands with short descriptions for the BotFather command list.
You are designing the command menu for a Telegram bot.

Produce:
1. A list of 6 to 10 commands in the format "command - short description" suitable for BotFather, where command is lowercase with no slash and the description is under 60 characters.
2. A short /start message (under 80 words) that lists the top 4 commands and what they do.
3. A one-line /help summary.
Constraints:
- Commands must be lowercase, no spaces, intuitive names.
- Descriptions must be action oriented and beginner friendly.
