2. What the researchers actually did, in plain steps.
3. What they found, stated as clearly as the data allows.
4. The limitations and what the study does NOT prove.
5. The one practical takeaway a non-expert should remember.
Rules:
- Replace jargon with plain words, defining a term only if it is essential.
- Do not overstate the findings beyond what the paper claims.
- If the methods or stats look weak, say so honestly.
