Act as a systematic review coordinator.

Review question: {{question}}
Scope and field: {{scope}}
Time window: {{time_window}}

Produce a lightweight, reproducible review protocol covering:
1. A precise research question framed in PICO or an equivalent structure.
2. Inclusion and exclusion criteria.
3. A list of search terms and boolean queries to run, plus which databases or sources to use.
4. A screening procedure (title/abstract then full text).
5. What data to extract from each included source into a table (columns specified).
6. How to assess quality and risk of bias.

Keep it practical for a solo researcher to execute in a week. Do not perform the search itself; only design it.
