Build optimized Boolean search strings per database

Use to convert a research question into precise Boolean queries for multiple databases.

For each concept, list synonyms, plurals, spelling variants, and relevant controlled-vocabulary terms (MeSH, Emtree, or discipline equivalent). Then build one optimized search string per target database, respecting each database's syntax for truncation, phrase searching, field tags, and nesting.

For each string, add a one-line note on expected recall vs precision tradeoff and one suggested filter to tighten results. End with three terms I might be missing that could improve coverage.
