A short script is a tight constraint: thirty seconds is roughly seventy spoken words. Every word has to earn its place. AI is good at producing many versions of those seventy words quickly, which lets you pick the tightest one instead of settling for your first draft.

Short sentences, conversational, one idea per line.
End with a line that loops back to the hook.

For the written caption under the post, ask the model for a first line that works as a second hook (since feeds truncate it) plus a clear call to action. Then trim its output hard. AI captions tend to be twice as long as they need to be.
