Repurpose One Piece Across All Four Channels

The most efficient creators do not make four times the content for four platforms. They make one strong anchor piece and reshape it. AI is what makes the reshaping fast. This lesson turns a single long video into a week of cross-platform content.

Step 1: Pick the anchor and find the clips

Your anchor is usually a long YouTube video or a deep blog post. Feed the transcript to a long-context model and ask it to find the self-contained, high-energy moments that work as standalone shorts.

Find the 5 strongest 20-45 second moments that stand alone.
For each, give: the exact start/end lines, a vertical hook to
open the clip, and a one-line on-screen caption. Rank by hook strength.

Step 2: Reshape per platform, do not copy-paste

Step 3: Always trim the auto-clip

AI picks clip moments by signal, like emphasis and keywords, not by meaning. It will sometimes cut off the punchline or start mid-thought. Watch every suggested clip end to end and trim the entry and exit before posting.

Shorts are trailers, not the show
A strong clip earns a follow and points back to the anchor. Add a caption or end card that tells the viewer exactly what to watch next, or the discovery traffic never becomes a real audience.

Example result: one 12-minute video becomes five shorts, one blog post, and two carousels. A single filming session now fills a week across YouTube, TikTok, Reels, and your blog.
